• Once the payment for the order has been credited in our account, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS of Order Receipt.
• After Order Confirmation, we will process the order in three business days and send you tracking details.
• Orders are packed and shipped between Mondays to Friday, excluding public holidays. In case any order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, the same will be processed and shipped within three business days.
• To avail free shipping worldwide, minimum checkout value should be USD 400.
• We ship orders through various third party logistic service providers (“Logistic Partner”). The cost of shipping is calculated and included in the price displayed at the time of checkout.
